Annually, Southern Accord Chorus selects one member to represent the Spirit of our chorus. This is a member who exemplifies the spirit and the best of Sweet Adelines . She serves her chapter to the best of her abilities, solely for the love of the organization. She fully participates, volunteers, takes on leadership roles in either music or administration. She speaks out for and on behalf of the chorus and reaches out to the community as an advocate for our music and our membership. The application of the Spirit of Southern Accord Honoree is also submitted to Maple Leaf Region 26 to receive recognition and acknowledgment from the region.
